ML18 RS Lunar - Rob Scallon
The original idea here was to make an 8 string that isn't simply geared towards making metal but a wide array of genres with metal included. Sing you to sleep, bring the funk, djent your face off, it would excel with all these while looking the part.
As I worked to design the new 7 string, I really loved the matte black finish sitting alongside the racing stripe of the mahogany so we decided to incorporate that onto the 6 and 8 for 2020. It still uses the lightweight swamp ash wings on a mahogany neck through giving that great tonal range through the Passive Aggressive humbuckers.
